Self-taught artist, until he studied a Bachelor of Visual Arts at the UANL University and has a degree in Philosophy and Humanities from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. He obtained his Master of Arts degree from the Postgraduate School of Visual Arts, UANL. He is currently a Professor at the University of Monterrey UDEM.
